Prediction for the future of hiring

I have a feeling that in another month or so, employers are going to start putting out notices saying they won't allow AI-generated resumes to be submitted with job applications.

LinkedIn sets the tone for modern-day hiring. If they're getting rid of "AI Slop" on the feed, and if they've removed their AI content creation tools from the platform, then Workday and Greenhouse are next in line for these changes.

I'm so glad that I stuck to my intuition when ChatGPT first made its appearance on the internet. I've never used or allowed AI in any part of my business. Every product and message and content piece is written entirely by me.
